My package arrived quickly, but the powerbank itself came in a very badly damaged box, and phone ring's packaging also came in looking not too great as well. The device seems to be working fine, and all the accessories were included, but its capacity is 12000mAh, not 20000mAh as stated in the listing. I assume It must've been sent to me that way, because everything was wrapped in bubble foil, so it's pretty concerning. Overall I'm happy with the product itself, but I'm quite displeased with how it was shipped.

The selling page itself seems to claim alot of things it should be capable of doing. - hand warmer - some light effect - projection of a pikachu Asfar i'm aware none of these things apply to the product unless I missed something where these are optional choices, regardless I don't need those I just wanted a cool Powerbank with high capacity. The pokeball itself feels actually nice and heavy and looks really awesome and has a clear Power indicator knowing when your low or high on battery charge. Overall Good product
Came way early!! Product is in fine conditon and came with a string to attach a charm onto and a charging cord. Box was damaged but I don't care about that becsuse the product was fine. Feels great quality!! I love this!!! if you click the button once it shows the battery charge and if you hold it a little light glows around the rim. Double click to turn off the lights :)

Everything is fine, the kit came whole and well packed. All that is in the photo is a set, I tried for a long time to understand what kind of bracelet, there was an adapter for taepsy. Charging keeps well, surprisingly easy.

It took just over 2 weeks to arrive to the US. Great product and easy to use. I agree with the other reviewers that it doesn't have the pikachu night light display, but aside from that, the product is great and seems very sturdy.
