How do you ship packages?

We deal with international logistic companies to cover worldwide shipping. So, after shipping we don’t have any control in that process. In some cases, there could be delays, maybe due to logistic company, holidays, custom offices or weather.

We ship packages from our different warehouses network worldwide. With many reputed logistics providers, Like- by DHL, FedEx, USPS, e-Packet, EMS, Postal Services and many more….depending on the weight, size and availability of the product in warehouses. Buyer can select logistics and pay carrier charges for quick delivery of products.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free and paid (fast) shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What is the order processing time?

Orders with items that are in stock will be shipped within the same day or 2-3 business days after the order payment is cleared.

Merchandise that requires making time:

  • 7-10 business days: custom made costumes in buyer given sizes for tailoring.
  • 2-4 business days: pillow cases, printed goods, and items bag, depending on available stocks.
  • 2-4 business days: t-shirts & hoodies, depending on available stocks.
  • 2-7 business days: cosplay swords, or large sized props, or masks, depending on available stocks.
  • 2-6 business days: cosplay wigs, shoes and other custom-made items.
Occasionally when there are temporarily sold out or back-ordered items, we will try to get them filled/restocked as soon as possible. In order not to let you waiting, items that are in stock will be shipped out first, and back-ordered items will be shipped out to you separately afterwards without additional split shipping cost. It will take up to 1-2 weeks sometimes in order to allow the manufacturer/supplier/ warehouses to have sufficient time to produce the next stocks available.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
